Green porridge for a healthy life

So one night we thought it would be better to drink green porridge the next morning🍵. We can't make this dish because we thought like that at the same time. One of the reasons for this decision was that a bundle of green leaves was brought to our house that day from the market . Although everyone  agrees and sleeps, got up the next morning around 7 a. m 😊.And then so, In the morning it was handed over to one person to grind the coconut . After that, the task was to squeeze the milk and put the leaves in a blender. So after finishing  everything . I had to wash the dishes😜. So, This is the green  porridge we tasted .



However ,there are many benefits of green porridge.

  1.  Improve vision, hair growth and healthy skin
  2.  Blood purification
  3.  Preventing vitamin A deficiency

So this is what I thought, many people do not like to make green porridge with effort . But we like to taste. When everyone works together at home, the fatigue  is reduced . So not only in making green porridge ,In any situation, opportunity or challenge ,if you can think about the good result without thinking about the effort, the result will be very good.
